There are many legend about Kappa in Japan. Kappa lives in the river sometime on the land. The Kappa is like 4 or 5 years old boy. On the back he has scales, the hand and foot are webbed. On the head he has a dish, while water in head dish, he has a strong power. If the water dried up, he will die. He suck the blood of a living.
